Approach

The clue is the name Lead – Fully!

We want everyone (because we believe that everyone leads, themselves and others) to be fully themselves and connected to their potential.

We want people to shine and share their authentic self with the world.

Ambitious? Yes!

Achievable? Yes!! For the people we work with - then for the people they work with - and then for the people they serve. You can see how this ripples into a movement for change of compassionate, inclusive leadership.

Mighty oaks from tiny acorns grow and everything must have a start.

So why not be the start of something that will change your world, the influence the people in your world in your world a positive way.

The Leadfully approach is based on being human-kind, whole-hearted and connected.

Together we are stronger: We operate within an Ecosystem. Life is complex, at times messy, and always interconnected.

We know that we are all part of complex and highly attuned ecosystems – on planet earth, our organisations , our work teams, our communities, and our families. Everything has a role and is unique in the contribution to the whole. When one thing is out of balance, or is thriving - it has an impact on the rest of the eco-system.

Being human-kind is fundamental, as we come as our whole-selves with our strengths and flaws. We experience challenge and joy, we seek connection and relationship with others, we want our uniqueness and potential to be seen, known and celebrated in what we do and who we are.

When we truly live our values and are able to be kind to ourselves and others - we practice being human-kind and being authentic.

Compassion requires us to first be kind and self-compassionate to ourselves before we can be compassionate and kind to others. Compassion is an energy that requires intention and commitment and once activated creates its own vitality, dynamic and movement. We know compassion by its absence, and we also know the difference it makes and brings to us and others – particularly when we face challenges.

Don’t be under any illusion – compassion is not ‘soft’, ‘easy’ or just ‘being nice’ – it is hard, tough, requires courage and practice to develop and embed, and compassion changes outcomes and lives, basically everything!

Wholehearted is being able to truly be ourselves, be vulnerable and connected, enabling us to be our ‘truer selves’. Being wholehearted takes courage and attention. It requires us to practice being vulnerable rather than armoured and defensive. Connection requires inclusion and valuing difference, for understanding, to inform better and sustainable decisions, and to enable the energy of synergy where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

When we are able be human-kind, wholehearted and authentic – compassion becomes our practice.

Leadfully brings the ecosystem of being human and wholehearted together enabling people to find what is ‘fully’ for them and as leaders create the conditions for change and thriving, for themselves, their people and the people they serve.

Leaders:

• create the conditions for others to do great work and be at their best

• explore possibilities and enable change

• embrace curiosity to grow, understand and appreciate
