Jane Cryer

Leadfully was established by Jane Cryer in 2022. Jane has a background in healthcare management starting her career as an NHS Graduate Trainee and working in a number of different health and care settings over a 19-year career. Always leading clinical services, Jane brings a clinical intelligence and understanding which helps build trust and confidence with the people and services she works with.

Jane has developed her leadership and organisational development consultancy skills over the last 15 years, working in a number of national and boutique consultancies before creating Leadfully. She is very experienced Leadership and Executive coach, team facilatator and skilled in design and delivery of impactful leadership development programmes / culture change programmes. She is also a sought after conference speaker and workshop facilitator covering topics of Leadership, Creating the Conditions for Compassionate Culture

NHS & Local Authority experience: Jane worked in Northampton, Oxford, London, Toronto, Wirral, Warwickshire & Coventry health and care systems in roles that included Clinical Directorate/Divisional Manager for a range of clinical services including Cancer, Medicine & Rehabilitation, Surgery & Orthopaedics, as a Director in Hospital, Community and Mental Health trusts, and a Joint Commissioner for Health and Social Care.

In 2008 Jane moved into working alongside the NHS as a Consultant, with Tribal, Capita and most recently ICE Creates. She has established Leadership and Change practices in each role and bring a deep understanding of relational consultancy and partnership to all her work. She has work across all sectors including Acute, Community and Partnership Trusts, GPs and Primary Care Networks, Integrated Care Systems, NHS England & Improvement, Regulators (Nursing and Midwifery Council, Office for Nuclear Regulation and Consumer Council for Water). Local Authorities and Education (Primary and Universities).

Jane regularly works with the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management and has been recently appointed as a member of the NHS Leadership Academy. She is an active member of BPS Coaching Psychology Interest Group and Coaching Central Network.

She is a Fellow of the Association of Coaching, Member of European Mentoring & Coaching Council,  British Psychological Society, Faculty of Leadership and Medical Management,

Jane is a sought after trained Leadership and Executive Coach (ILM Level 7), she has continued to develop her practice and is an NLP Practitioner, Somatic coach and is currently completing the Brené Brown Dare to Lead programme. She is accredited in a wider range of psychometric and 360 tools including Emotional Intelligence (EQi), Action Logics, NHS 360, Resilience, MBTI, Team Coaching and is BPS Level A &B accredited. Jane and has recently been invited to become a Fellow of the Association of Coaching, recognising over 30,000 hours of coaching over 15 years.

Jane has always been passionate about Compassionate and Inclusive Leadership development and so Leadfully was established…..

In her free time Jane loves to be outside and in nature – gardening, walking her dog, rowing and running.
