Faculty for Medical Leadership and Management (FMLM) Applied

 Jane has been providing leadership development support as an Associate of FMLM Applied which has included co-facilitating a leadership development programme for the Royal College of Emergency Medicine for trainee doctors (Foundation level 1 – Specialist Trainees ST4); leadership Masterclasses on Leading Change for Leeds Integrated Care Board GP Clinical Leads; and co-designing and delivering a leadership programme for Clinical Directors at Liverpool University Hospital, and regularly provides Speed Coaching sessions at the Annual FMLM Leadership conference.

Jane has also supported both FMLM Applied and FMLM Senior Leadership Team and the whole team in team development sessions, helping connect to purpose, deepen relationships and effective communication and support wellbeing.
