Built on the thought leadership of Prof Michael West on Compassionate Leadership, Jane works with leaders and organisations to support the practical adoption and embedding of the compassionate leadership as the foundation to creating a compassionate organisational culture.

Leadership Development Programmes
Jane has been designing and developing high impact leadership development programmes for the past 15 years. Many of her proigrammes have been re-commissioned due to their success and impact on individual leaders, their local teams and in turn the leadership mindset shift and capability in the organisation.
Jane has designed and delivered clinical, multi-disciplinary and system leadership programmes across health and social care, for regulators and since Covid can deliver Face to Face, Virtual or in a blended delivery format.
All programmes are based on 10/20/70% learning with 10% being formal ‘workshop based’, 20% coaching and mentoring and the majority 70% being practice and learning through the work.
Typically, programmes will include a suite of workshops, psychometric insights, coaching and an improvement project linked to organisational priorities. Practices of self-reflection and buddy/team peer support are baked in.
