Leadfully also provides a more Intensive Team Facilitation approach to support teams in trouble or teams who want to move from good to great.
Whilst covering the core components of the Team Coaching journey, this will be tailored to the specific context and change required.
This can be highly effective for new teams, teams facing challenges internally or externally.
Team Coaching
Based on Peter Hawkins High Performing Teams coaching model, the team works through gaining collective clarity and commitment to the team purpose, supported by team coaching.

Coaching takes place on the ‘real work of everyday challenges, with teams typically spending half a day working together on teaming over 6 sessions, with practice of behaviours between sessions.
Teams can be supported with additional insight including psychometrics on Personality types, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict and 360 feedback.
